A CCTV drain survey covers every drain run we can reach through existing access points (manholes, gullies, rodding eyes or, by agreement, the toilet). Runs that are completely blocked, collapsed or inaccessible may not be surveyable; we will tell you on the day and no extra charge is made for attempting them.
The survey is £225 including VAT, quoted before we attend. There is no call-out fee. If we cannot get a camera into any drain at all, you pay nothing.
A written report to WRc standard, defect photographs and the full recorded footage, delivered the same day by email or WhatsApp. The report and footage are yours to use as you wish, including obtaining quotes from other contractors.
Any repair recommendation is our professional opinion based on the footage. You are under no obligation to use us or anyone we suggest. Repair prices in the report or on this website are indicative ranges, not quotes.
You may cancel or rearrange free of charge at any time before the engineer sets off. Payment is due on completion of the survey by card, bank transfer or cash.
We hold insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the survey except where the law does not allow that limit. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
