A camera down the run, a graded report and the full footage — yours before we leave the street. £225 fixed. Someone can be with you in Hood Manor and Whitecross today.

We are not the people who fix it.That is the whole point.
No repair quote at the end, no liner in the van, no digger round the corner. We tell you what is down there and what it will take to put right, and then you choose who does it — us being nobody's preferred contractor is exactly what makes the report worth having.
There are four approaches to a drainage fault, from least to most expensive. Only the cheapest one actually shows you the problem first.
Everything listed here is part of the price. No extras, no follow-up charges.
Nothing added on the day, on the bill, or after the fact.
Reports are produced to WRc standard and accepted by solicitors, licensed conveyancers and mortgage lenders nationwide. Take it to any contractor you like.
Hood Manor and Whitecross fill the ground between Sankey Bridges and the town centre, a mix of post-war council housing, 1960s and 70s infill and older streets nearer Liverpool Road. It is one of the more mixed pockets in WA5, and the pipework reflects that: clay under the older streets, pitch-fibre through the 60s and 70s stock, plastic where things have been patched since. On the same length of run we regularly find all three, joined by whatever fitting was to hand at the time. Those transitions are where the faults sit — mismatched diameters, steps in the invert, and joints that were never watertight to begin with.
Clay pipes crack over time, joints shift, tree roots exploit every gap. A camera survey locates the damage without lifting a spade.
Also covering the rest of Great Sankey — same price, same day.
